We now offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $100 and on international orders over $150. This offer is for standard shipping only and does not cover express shipping costs. You can still choose to express ship your order for the full express rate.

Please note, free shipping is not available on large items with freight prices to be confirmed. Items that are excluded from this promotion will be clearly labeled in the description under shipping.
Sandgate Pick Up
We can have your order ready to be collected from our Sandgate store.
Enter discount code ‘PICKUP’ at checkout to remove the shipping charges. Your order will be ready for pick up the following business day within our current business hours from Wednesday to Sunday.
All prints are protected in Sunday Lane tissue paper with a non-bendable card backing and sent in a box.
We do our best to post all standard orders within 2-3 business days via standard Australia Post mail. All express orders will be posted within 1-2 business days via express Australia Post mail.
Please note that this is the estimated time you should allow for your order to be sent from the time it is placed. You will need to allow additional time on top of these estimates for your order to be couriered to your address. For example, if your express order is placed on Monday we will do our best to pack and post it by Wednesday but it may not arrive until Friday, depending on Australia Post.
Print orders within Australia are sent in a box through Australia Post and come with tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to the email entered at checkout and are direct from our website. Please check your junk mail if the email hasn’t arrived within the estimated business days.
Shipping costs are based on weight total and will be calculated at checkout.
Orders containing accessories (e.g. earrings or earrings & print) will be sent in a box or padded mailer.
Orders containing home & lifestyle products will be wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a box or large satchel.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of Australia Post, or any other courier service. Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Sunday Lane. If this is the case, please contact Australia Post immediately, they often have more information than what is available online. Otherwise, please contact us and we can discuss your options.
Please choose carefully when ordering as we are unable to offer refunds on items due to change of mind.
We can offer an exchange or credit for all change of mind purchases so long as,
Item is returned within 14 days of purchase
Item is in original condition and packaging
Item is not damaged, used, altered or washed
Please note, Sunday Lane cannot cover postage costs for change of mind items and unfortunately, we do not return sale items unless deemed faulty. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
If an item arrives damaged please email us at email@example.com and we will organise a replacement.
International orders will be sent via Australia Post. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive.
We have recently changed how we post overseas and all orders now come with tracking. The tracking number provided can be used on the main postage website relevant to the country in which the order is to be delivered. For example, a tracking number provided by us from Australia Post can be used on the United States Postal Service website to offer information on your order.
