There is no doubt the recent times have given space to reflect on what we truly value. The light in our days comes from connection, our relationships with our friends and family have never been more precious to us. So whilst the occasion may look a little bit different this year, this Mother's Day we have never felt more grateful for the comforts of a motherly embrace, her unconditional love and eternally caring nature.

We'd like to share a couple of ideas to create a memorable Mothers Day at home, that are as thoughtful and considered as she is. May you have a wonderful, heart centred day connecting with the incredible women that guide your life, whether you can share these beautiful moments together or at a distance.

When visiting may not be an option create a care package to drop off on her doorstep or have delivered, made up of her favourite indulgences and sweet treats. Bouquets of flowers, a small wrapped gift, homemade cookies or sweets or her favourite bottle of wine all make wonderful additions. She will adore the thought that has gone into each component.

Pop by with the makings for a stylish and casual at home picnic. Lay a white linen tablecloth down - a coffee table makes the perfect location, then surround it with comfortable cushions to create an intimate and relaxed experience. Creating a special and unique setting to compliment this unconventional Mothers Day.

Dress the table with her most loved blooms that she can keep after your picnic to brighten up her home. Make sure to bring along her sip of choice, we'll be recreating our Gin and Tonic with a Twist recipe. Then spend the rest of the afternoon feasting on your pre-prepared lunch or carefully selected cheeseboard, most importantly enjoying the pure bliss of spending this precious time together.
