Our frames are locally made by hand. Please allow up to 3 business days for your print to be framed and packed in studio. 

All A4 prints are protected in tissue paper with a non-bendable card backing. All A3 prints are protected in tissue paper and sent in a mailing cylinder. All other items will be packaged and sent in a box or mailer.

Sunday Lane offers trackable delivery throughout Australia using Australia Post, Fastway or Direct Freight. A tracking number will be sent to the email entered at checkout. Please check junk mail folders if the email hasn’t arrived within the estimated business days. We do our best to post all standard orders within 2-3 business days. Express orders will be posted within 1-2 business days. 

Delivery time frames are just an indication and Sunday Lane will not be held accountable for longer delivery times or courier delays. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late. Please note, this is the estimated time you should allow for your order to be sent from the time it is placed. You will need to allow additional time on top of these estimates for your order to be couriered to your address. 

A copy of your receipt will be provided via email, please contact us if you would need a hard copy attached to your order.


Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer refunds on items due to change of mind. We offer an exchange or online credit for all change of mind purchases so long as,

The item is please returned within 14 days of purchase
The item is in original condition
The item is not damaged, used or altered

Please note, Sunday Lane cannot cover postage costs for change of mind items. Email us at mail@sundaylane.com.au to organise your exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not return sale items unless deemed faulty. For hygiene reasons, earrings also cannot be returned.

We apologies if an item arrives damaged, please email us at mail@sundaylane.com.au and we will organise a replacement, credit or refund.


International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. Sunday Lane has no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country and do our best to provide all relevant duty information when booking in orders.


International orders will be sent via Australia Post. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive. The tracking number provided can be used on the main postage website relevant to the country in which the order is to be delivered. For example, a tracking number provided by us from Australia Post can be used on the United States Postal Service website to offer information on your order once it has arrived into the country.


Unfortunately, Sunday Lane cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of Australia Post, or any other courier service. Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Sunday Lane. If this is the case, please contact Australia Post immediately. Otherwise, please contact us and we can discuss your options.
